Location
Lodging is situaded in the village of Cordiñanes , in Valdeon Valley. (León) . Surrounded by the central and western massifs of Picos de Europa and located in the National Park with the same name.
Ideal place to relax and enjoy, but also to access the well-known "Ruta del Cares", as well as being an ideal starting point for several routes and activities in the mountains.
Rooms
We have 14 rooms, all equipped with bathrooms, heating, TV and free Wi-Fi, of which 12 are double and 2 triple.
The triples are ideal for families with children (they have a double bed and a single bed, there is also the possibility of an extra bed)

Breakfast
We offer breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (For other schedules ask our staff)
Breakfast consists of orange juice, coffee, milk, Tea or Cola Cao.Toasts with Valdeón bread, butter and jam or honey and pastries.

Lunch and dinner
We have a daily menu for lunch and dinner where we offer traditional homemade food.
Specialty in cocido Valdeonés.

Outside we have a quiet terrace with spectacular views of the Picos de Europa
Bar
We have a small bar where you can drink, eat cold and hot snacks after a route through the mountains, or have a coffee after a walk. You can also enjoy it from the outdoor terrace with amazing views.

There is a free parking for customers.
Taxi service
We have 4x4 taxi service for excursions reaching all corners of the National Park. Also for transportation of luggage, sports equipment, etc

Ruta del Cares
This spectacular Route starts in
Cain´s village, just 6 km away from the establishment, which is one of the most spectacular hiking trails you can find in Spain.
Vía ferrata
Since July 2016, it has been inaugurated a spectacular "via ferrata" with 1,200m of route, also 320m steepness and K3 difficulty on the Hüsler scale. To realize it, it is necessary to have an authorization through a simple procedure in the town hall of Posada de Valdeón, (you can get your authorization and more information by clicking here).
